Answers To Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you deliver to a particular city?

Yes, we deliver to every U S city as early as the next business day.  Your gift will arrive arranged as shown on our site delivered by Federal Express.

  • How do I add my gift card message?

You can add your gift card message on the second check out page.  First add your gift.  The gift message box appears once you add a gift in your shipping cart. Then, select delivery option and hit recalculate.   Next, hit the Secure Check out button to go to the next page.  How much and how soon is delivery?  Click here to see the delivery time chart

To see the delivery charge and options please select any gift.  Then hit the add to cart button.  The delivery charge shown will be the default of Early Next Day.  Click on that option and select from the list if you want Next Day, Second Day or Ground.  You can order up to a year in advance.  On the next page you can type in your desired delivery date in the gift message box.

  • Do you offer SAME day delivery?

Yes, we do offer same day delivery to our local area.  We are located in Buffalo, New York.  For same day delivery to the Buffalo area select the option in the shipping options list.  All our gifts are made here and shipped across country and can arrive nationwide tomorrow morning.

  • How do I add colors?

You can add colors by finding the links either at the top or bottom of any page on our site.  The links may say, Wrapper colors.   Or.  Add colors.  Add up to three colors to your cart for each gift.  You can add the colors at any point in the order process.

  • How soon can my gift arrive?

Order online by 2pm Eastern time and your gift can arrive as early as the next business day.  Click here to see delivery time charts. Our gifts are delivered by Federal Express.  Delivery is monday through friday.  Saturday delivery includes an additional charge.    Once you add a gift to your shopping cart.  The options include Early Next Business Day, Regular Next Day, Second Day and Ground.   For delivery on Saturday You can selefct Saturday by Next Day or Saturday by Second Day.  You can select the shipping option and hit recalculate.
