Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are shipped out Monday. If you ordered chocolates to go to an area with weather over 75 degrees and did not select PRIORITY OVERNIGHT please reply to this email and request a shipping upgrade (will include an insulated box with gel ice packs). Notify your gift recipient to be available for the delivery.

Regarding our FRESH FRUIT Bouquets: Fruit is shipped from NY and may be in transit an average of 15-20 hours. Softening and displacement may occur in transit.

Delivery to the specified address is guaranteed with two exceptions: Weather related delays and an incorrect delivery address. Delivery is NOT refunded due to snowstorms, hurricanes etc. FedEx/UPS/USPS may delay delivery until the weather permits in bad weather. Address corrections can cause longer delays. LOCAL SAME DAY DELIVERY - orders received by noon EST can be delivered the same day in the Amherst/Buffalo, New York area. Basic Post and Packing (within the 50 states of the USA and Canada) is included in the shipping and handling price. If you require other shipping methods please contact us for a quote. For all deliveries made to a NEW YORK address, please add the current NY sales tax. We are required by NY Law to collect sales tax on both the merchandise and the shipping charges. For orders sent to the 50 states of the USA and Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, we reserve the right to bill for actual shipping charges. FOREIGN ORDERS. We reserve the right to require insurance or refuse to ship to certain foreign countries. International delivery takes from 5-6 days. We cannot delivery Chocolates internationally by UPS or FedEx. The US Post Office can deliver Chocolates during winter months.

DELIVERY TIME You can select the delivery method (Next Day FedEx, 2nd Day FedEx, etc.) at checkout. You can expect your Flavor Bouquet to arrive within one to five business days after we receive your order, depending upon the delivery location and your shipping selection. Delivery times may vary during seasonal peaks. Order by 4pm EST for same day shipping. PO BOX, FPO and AE (military) delivery takes up to 4 business days. There is an additional charge for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

HOW TO PAY Credit card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or DISCOVER card. Cashier's check or money order. USA funds only. Please do not send cash. Personal check. USA funds only. If you have a P.O. Box address printed on your check, please write your street address on the check. There will be a $10.00 service charge for each NSF check returned and for address corrections. SHIPPING & HANDLING - We ship by Federal Express or USPS. The shipping charges listed are for each Flavor Bouquet ordered. For example: you order 3 bouquets and select the basic ground shipping, that charge is applied to each bouquet.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS - In the event of a problem with a merchandise shipment, please call or e-mail within 10 business days and BEFORE returning goods. Any refunds will not include shipping charges. You will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee for canceled orders. This applies for orders canceled while in transit.
